Default Parallel input ?

Hi,

Does any know how to create a parallel input in MS.Word.

So for example I have a text field as per below

Name : [ ]

Then when I entered the name, it would populate automatically in the
sentence below

My name is _________

So, this would be the complete example below

Name: [Frank Citizen]

My name is Frank Citizen. blah blah blah

Is that possible to do that in MS.Word ?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Ario
