Default inserting a file/folder from Excel to Word

I am using Microsoft Office Small Business 2007. Trying to Paste a file from
Excel to Word. using the paste command. It does not transfer the document as
a whole. Font is to big and the lines are not included. Have also tried to
transfer a scanned version but it basically does the same thing. Need to
insert these pages into a pamplet that I am putting together for instructions
on a "How To". Help
