Checkbox for hide/unhide tables
Hi,
First of all I'm new to this and hopefully this is the right section of posting. Maybe you can help me anyways. I have a problem when working with checkboxes in word. It is like this, I'm trying to do a word document that contains alot of tables. What I want to do is to have a checkbox for each table. And the purpose of the checkbox is to hide the table when check, and unhide when unchecked. I wonder if this is possible? |

It is possible, but rather depends on what the aim of the venture is. If
there is no user requirement to edit the tables, then you could use one of the methods at http://www.gmayor.com/SelectFile.htm to insert (or not) a table. If the tables are to be editable, it gets rather more complicated, but we'll attempt to cross that bridge when we know more about how the tables are to be used. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org BalO wrote: Hi, First of all I'm new to this and hopefully this is the right section of posting.
