Track Changes Options
Is there a way that once a document has had multiple users and it's set to
color by author for me to switch the author colors around? For example. I'm blue and you are Red. Now the attorney tells me to changes all my edits to Orange but leave your edits in Red. Can this be done in 2003 or 2007? Thanks. |

Track Changes Options
No, you cannot determine which color is used for each individual user.
For details about how track changes work incl. information about how colors are allocated to different authors, see: http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/trac...ngesWorks.html -- Regards Lene Fredborg - Microsoft MVP (Word) DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "Kim" wrote: Is there a way that once a document has had multiple users and it's set to color by author for me to switch the author colors around?
