Just loaded Word 2007 on laptop with Vista. MLA style button doesn't work.
Get "unknown" or "missing" message. Used same disc to load same program on
PC with XP and all works fine.

When I click on Insert Citation button, menu drops down but can't do anything.

Is it specifically MLA that doesn't work? Did you try it with one of
the other styles selected?

When you choose Insert Citation, do you get the list of three
operations (Add New Source, Add New Placeholder, Search Libraries)?
What happens when you choose one of them?
