Default Digitally Sign Page or portion of document

I love to be able to sign documents digitally. However, is there a way to
sign a portion of a document? For example, User 1 reviews page 1 or section
1 of a document, then signs that section. Then user 2 reviews section 2,
changes anything that needs changed, and signs section 2. I want the edits
to section 2 to NOT invalidate signature 1.

Ideas?
