![]() Assuming these pages begin Section 1, is there an easier way to print this than putting p1s1-p4s1 in the Print What box of the Print dialogue? Follow up: How would you print that plus a few pages or noncontiguous pages of other sections other than using the pxsy syntax? -- Janet A. |

Hi Janet,
If you don't like the pxsy syntax, you could just select the pages you want to print and tell word to print the selection. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "Janet A.
