When I delete my header, my footer deletes itself aswell.
Does anyone know of a way of disconnecting their relationship?

When I delete my header, my footer deletes itself aswell.
A header (or footer) can be anywhere on the page. Are you sure that the
'footer' that is deleted is not part of the header? otherwise What version of Word. What version of Word? What is in the footer? Is is possible that the footer
