I have created a Word mailmerge template for producing quotes. I used the
Letter format. The problem that I'm having is that for every line item in the quote that should be in one table for the customer, I get multiply pages with repeating the customer name, all the page formating including the company logo. So basically I get multiply quotes, one for each line item. Any help would greatly appreciated. |

Hi MDM-1,
You can use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility for this (the terminolgy depends on the Word version). To see how, check out my Word 97-2007 Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial at: http://www.wopr.com/index.php?showtopic=731107 or http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/Catalogue%20Mailmerge.zip Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "MDM-1" wrote in message ...
