Default How do I setup underlined form fields in a document?

I am setting up a fax coversheet and am inserting form text fields that are
underlined. After I protect the document and type in the field, the
underline grows the length of the page. How do I add this underline without
having it scoot across the page for me?

If you are using a manual underline (Shft+_) delete that.

Set up a right align tab at the end of your margin (where you want the
underline to end).

Select the text form field, turn on automatic underline (Ctrl+U), deselect
the highlighted form field, then press Tab.
