Default hyperlinks pointing to end of previous text

A MS-Word 7 document has many hyperlinks, some working correctly and some
pointing to the text previous to the heading. In those cases the heading
starts a new page and the previous page is not completely filled with text.
It seems that Word thinks the heading starts before the page break. Other
headings of the same type work.
