A number of users from one of my clients have Word 2003. Remainder of
users are using a variety of other flavours of Word. They are using a template which has an embedded graphic in the Header. A very small number of W2003 users are not seeing the graphic displayed but instead see the red x and a placeholder to indicate that it is not available. There is no attached error message. All other users, including the remainder of those using Word 2003 can see it. I have asked them to check under Tools|options|View that Picture placeholders is not checked. None have it checked. Any thoughts on this, please? Regards Roderick |
