Default Printscreen / Format Picture with One Zig-Zag Outline

I'm in 2007 and trying to produce some user documentation with print screens.
When I have a screen too large to fit on one page, I need to have a regular
border on three sides and a zig-zag on the side where the page is broken out.
How do I get a single line of the border to be a zig-zag?

This is easily done with Edge Effects in SnagIt (www.techsmith.com). There's
a free trial version, but I think if you use it for just a bit you'll find
it well worth the retail price.
