Default lines in my Table of Contents, how do I get rid?

I am trying to update a table of contents in office 07, why do i see blue
lines precessing my rows on some rows, but not all. How do I get rid of this?

Try clicking on the Office Button, then on Word Options and then on
Proofing and then on AutoCorrect Options and go to the AutoFormat tab
and uncheck the box for "Internet and network paths with hyperlinks"
