Default outline

How do you do an outline. I pick a outline form
and it starts with I. and then on the next line I want to go to level 2 but
don't know how.
how do I change levels?

No, I haven't - I don't know how to find help under outlines
I am using ms word 2007 and don't know how to find help

Default outline

At the beginning of the new paragraph press the Tab key to Demote the
paragraph, use Shift+Tab to Promote.

Help is most readily available in Word 2007 by clicking the little circle
with the ? In it at the right end of the Ribbon.

Alternatively, you can use Alt+Shift+Left arrow (and Alt+Shift+Right arrow).
