Default History

How can I get the history of a document? IE. what has been pasted and from
where. And can I see deleted words / phrases? Thanks

If you don't have Track Changes turned on while you're making these changes,
there is no history to see -- it just isn't recorded at all. See

The one remaining possibility, IF you have saved a copy of the unchanged
original document, is to use the Compare command. That makes a document
that's almost the same as what you would have gotten from Track Changes --
although it treats the changes as if they all occurred during one editing
session.
