I use Windows Live Mail but cannot do a mass email because the Email option
does not appear when I clicl on Tools / Mail/Merge / Select. Is Windows Live
Mail not a MAPI email program?

While you can export your address book from Windows Live Mail and use it as
a data source for mailmerge, you cannot execute a mail merge to email using
Windows Live Mail.
