Default Make compatibility between other tools with standard (better docx)

I use MS Word with docx file and it doesn't show me the exact same thing in
other tool like MS Works, open office and google docs. The problem is when I
share file with other and when I work on the same file, the final file
doesn't look like the same thing as the first file or template file. Because
of that, I can't use a formated file like docx. thanks
