In the dialog that appears: - Name: enter a name for the new cover page - Gallery: select Cover Pages from the dropdown - Category: click Create New Category in the dropdown and enter a name (categories are listed alphabetically in the gallery, so you can place your new category at the top by choosing a name that comes before "Built-In" or by putting an underscore at the start of the category name) - Description: optional -- text entered here will appear in the tooltip when you hover the mouse over the entry in the gallery - Save In: default is Building Blocks.dotx (with all the other covers) but you can choose Normal.dotm or any other currently open template - Options: select "Insert content in its own page" to make it automatically occupy the full page. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
