Hi Guys
I have created a label in Word 2003 using Mail Merge from a database. Everything is fine, it all pulls through fine, formatted correctly, prints fine etc etc but the issue i have is that one field can exceed a certain length and drop down onto the next line which then makes the label print over two labels. Example: Cook Adam - displays fine on one line PatientSurname Forname1 - is to long and drops the Forname1 onto the next line which pushes the label down onto two labels. Is there anyway i can restrict the length of this field and maybe insert a * to show the field has been trimmed down? Any help/suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance Adam Submitted via EggHeadCafe - Software Developer Portal of Choice IIS Network Load Balancing, Sessions and IP Affinity http://www.eggheadcafe.com/tutorials...-balancin.aspx |
