I have often wondered when somebody will develop a quick text tool which will
swap upper and lower case when your halfway down the page and realise you've left Caps Lock ON (we've all done it) but there's no highlight and swap button that I am aware of on any application. Maybe there is and if so I will no doubt be informed of this. Thanks for reading. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. In Word 2007, on the "Home" tab in the "Font" group, there is a "Case"
button which can do that. Yves "Paul" wrote in message ... And this is not new in Word 2007 by any means; "tOGGLE cASE" is one of the
selections in the Format | Change Case dialog in earlier versions as well. -- Suzanne S. The easy way to toggle the case is to highlight the section and press Shift and F3 together - will not only change upper to lower but press again and makes first letter of each selected word uppercase |

But "tOGGLE cASE" is not necessarily one of the changes in the rotation.
