On the Review tab of the ribbon, click the Protect Document button at the
right end and choose Restrict Formatting and Editing to open the task pane.
Click the Stop Protection button.

If you're asked for a password, enter it. If you don't know it, see
http://www.gmayor.com/Remove_Password.htm.
