G'Day Alan,
ALL Windows Files have names in the format: "This is the name of my File.this is its extension". ALL Word Documents have names: "This is the name of my File.DOC". Open Windows Explorer ToolsFolder Options View (tab) about the 10th item down: "Hide extensions for known file types" Check/Clear to not see/see ".DOC" on your files. -- Regards, Pat Garard Melbourne, Australia _______________________ "AlanPharmaResearch" wrote in message ...
