Hi,

I'm trying to understand macros for word 2007. I know how to turn them off
and on in the quick tool bar method. However, I'm not sure how to turn them
off using the keyboard method. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Also, make sure that you explain more in detail what you are trying to
