If it's Office 2007 and it's the trial version, then most likely the trial
period is over and it's time to buy the full version. And if it's the full version, have you activated it yet? -- Cheers! Gordon Bentley-Mix "k.j" wrote in message ... Please could you help i cant edit or use my microsoft word because its saying its loocked? |

Microsoft Office Beta 2010
If you had a trial version of Microsoft Office that has expired (or even if that is not the case), you can download and try Office 2010 Beta for free. You'll be able to use all your favorite applications, like Word, Excel and PowerPoint; plus, you can try new features that have not yet been released. For example, there is a great feature called web apps that will let you store your documents online, so you don't have to worry about saving to hardware that may be unreliable.
Download Office Beta 2010 it he http://www.microsoft.com/office/2010/en/default.aspx Also, check out the Office page on Facebook for tips, tricks, and resources in all your favorite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), http://www.facebook.com/office. Microsoft Office Beta 2010
Some weeks ago, when the 2010 Beta was announced, MS refused to give
it to me because my ISP is Verizon. Right now, however, it is downloading it apparently successfully. Danger, Will Robinson? Microsoft Office Beta 2010
Downloading Office2010 seems to have done something to my 2007
normal.dotm -- all the macros are gone, and the keyboard shortcuts that didn't relate to entering special characters. And the 2010 QAT doesn't pick up the customizations of the 2007 QAT. MSFT Office 2010 Beta
Happily I had another copy on the laptop, so I just copied it back to
the desktop and my macros and shortcuts came back. Though wouldn't you expect QAT customizations to be taken into the new version? (Which turns out to be numbered 14. Hmm.) But your link appears to be via a website interface, which I gather from many, many comments here works erratically if at all.
