Although this character may be defined in Unicode, it does not appear to be
included even in Arial Unicode MS (the character for center line is), so you will indeed have to construct it manually; see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/C...Characters.htm for instructions. Having done so, you'll probably want to save it as an AutoText or AutoCorrect entry. -- Suzanne S.
