I need to email multiple recipients in a single message. I can get the mail
merge to work with a single recipient but that is not what I need. I set up a table with the data to merge and used a semicolon as the delimiter between addresses (as we do with Outlook) since Outlook is our email software. Any suggestions? |

You will need to use some vba code to do this. The code in the article
"Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm Can be modified to do it -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
