I have a user that is trying to mail merge from excel. She goes thru all the
steps and is ready to print. The document that she has called up shows mergefields instead of the data on it. She says that she has always been able to see the data before she prints, but now she only sees the fields names but when she prints it prints the document with the correct data. She wants to be able to see the data on the letter before she prints (and print preview only shows the mergefields names not the data.) Does she need to change a view or something? Thanks in advance for any help |
