How do I set size limits on form fields?
I KNOW I can set limits on the number of characters. However, I have some
free-flow text fields and need to set limits so that the overall size of the field doesn't expand (beyond a certain number of lines). I'm using the legacy text because I"m worried that many uers of the form will have a pre-2007 version of Word and wouldn't be able to open a form created sole with Word 2007. |

How do I set size limits on form fields?
In order to prevent users from having compatibility issues with New Office
2007 files you can export your current 2007 document to a 2003 Word Document by changing the save as "file type" when saving a new document in your computer. Hope this information helps, Vicente Tulliano "tevans1947" wrote: I KNOW I can set limits on the number of characters. How do I set size limits on form fields?
Place the form field within a table cell whose dimensions are fixed.
