mail merge data results problem
Using MS Word 2003 for what I thought was a simple letter. Some
fields in my Excel sheet data source do not have data for all rows. When this occurs, the data does not display for the records for which there is data, just a "o" shows in the merged results. How do I fix this? thanks! |
