How do I get Word to show the click-and-drag bar on the vertical .
On some documents that I make or open, the vertical ruler shows a little bar
that can be used to adjust the top (and bottom) margins on the document. On docs that don't already show this, I can't figure out how to get it on there, e.g. the vertical ruler doesn't respond to right-clicking. |
