Visible underlined underscores
I thought there was a method for underlining a URL so that underscores that
are part of the URL remain visible. |

Visible underlined underscores
Hi CFI
Can't Find It! wrote: I thought there was a method for underlining a URL so that underscores that are part of the URL remain visible. not that I'm aware of (at least, not as something that Word recognizes as "underlining"). You can try to get a line there in some other manner (paragraph border, draw a line object, etc., but this won't work in all situations. [A good example why underlines are a no-no for me in anything that might be hyperlinked (all file names, that means :-)). Visible underlined underscores
I think it depends on the font. In some fonts, the underline character is in
a different position from the underlining created by the Underline character property. -- Suzanne S.
