I have a database in Mail Merge that is not the same as in Excel. In Excel
the field is Text formatted and is from one to six numbers (ie 212 or 212,214 or 212, 214,...). In the reference list the single number displays correctly and it merges correctly. If it is supposed to be multiple numbers, the reference list displays 0 and it merges as 0. Any help would be warmly accepted. |

Can you be a bit more precise about what you have in Excel?
Is it a column of data such as 214 212,214 212,214 with no space after the comma Also, what do you mean by the "reference list" -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
