Default How do I find a selected style?

In the style list, I right-click on a style and "Select all one instance"

My doc is 200 pages long. Is there an easy way to find this single instance?

If there were several instances, is there an easy way to jump from one
instance to the next?

Find (Ctrl-F) More Format Style, choose the style you're looking
for, Find Next
