Default Display template for standard Avery labels

I have been using the template that is in Word for the standard Avery label
#5366. The template has always been displayed on my screen, but for some
reason it all of a sudden quit showing up. Now when I select that, or any
other standard Avery label the page is blank. It will go to each of the
label sections when you hit tab, but the labels themselves are not displayed.
Does anyone have an idea?

Just click Table Show Gridlines. (The "label template" is a table.)
