How to keep Home tabs and others from disappearing ?

Double click on a tab to toggle the tabs so that the contents appear all of
the time or only when a tab is click upon.

Alternatively, you can right-click the ribbon and click to deselect the Minimize
the Ribbon option on the context menu.
