Default Switching key operations

I've somehow managed to swap the operation of my " and @ keys in Word (i.e. I
hit the @ key and get a " - like a mac!!) and can't work out how to swap them
back. This happens only in Word. Any help much appreciated...

Funny, I have a Mac and have never gotten a - for @ key, or the shift-2 key.
In fact, the characters are identical across Mac/win qwerty keyboards, only
some command keys are different.

Perhaps you have turned on some sort of international layout?

This is typical of a different keyboard layout. As Daiya suggests, it may be
an international layout, but I think actually the difference is between US
and UK English. Check Windows Control Panel | Keyboard | Input Locales and
see what you have selected.
