here it is very simple for me
what i do is select and copy the excel data base to a word document.(excel data base containing with headers ). paste on word doc will paste data base as table .Then save the word doc with suitable name in a suitable place . Use this word doc as existing data base in the mail merge document . This allows you to get the decimal points Bye............................................... ........ |
