We recently switched from Word 97 to Word 2003. When printing labels before,
Word would remember the last printer tray input (usually manual feed - tray
1) and there were no problems. Now, the input tray must be selected every
time. and it doesn't work (the manual feed option) when the New Document
option is selected to create a full sheet. We are using HP 4300 printers with
the latest drivers installed. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
