I'm not sure if this question should be in the graphics section or this
tables section. I'll start here first. I'm using Win98 SE and have Word 2000. I'm creating a form using a table to get things lined up nicely. I want it to take up just one page. It will have drop down lists and the other mixed types of fields common in a form. This form will be filled out on the computer, as opposed to printing it out to be filled in by hand. The form will take up aprox. 2/3 to 3/4 of the height of the page. I will set the page margains to .5 in left and right so there is 7.5 of useable width on the page. Top margain will be .5 inches and the bottom will be .55 inch. This is the maximum I can set the bottom margain with my printer. At the very bottom of the page I want to position 2 jpeg photos side by side that will be sized to 3.5 inches X 2.63 inches. This means there would be a 1/2 inch space between them on the page. I would then like to add a caption below each photo. The jpegs will be compressed so they don't take up much room. I've had limited use of graphics in word. I can go to the format graphic page and experiment with the different types of layouts, but I can't get it to do what I want. I was just using a plain Word document and not a form when I was experimenting. This completed form will then be sent via email to clients. I'll attach the 2 photos to the email in the regular fashion, but I also wanted the client to see them on the report I send as well. Your help is very much appreciated |
