Endnotes in a table

Hi.
(Word 2007 [dk])

In my document I have a lot of endnotes. Most of the notes are
hyperlinks to other documents. Is it possible to format the endnotes
as a table where column 1 is the endnotenumber, column 2 the endnote
(words) and column 3 is open for me to enter the hyperlink ?
