Default Past issues of Office newsletter

A recent issue of Office Newsletter included an article about formatting Word
documents for easier readibility by using tables.

I can't find this article on the Microsoft website, and I can't find a way
to locate back issues/archives of the Office newsletter.

Suggestions?
