Hi,
I have a document which is 10 A5 pages, and I want to print it on A4 sheets so that I have 2 pages on each side of the sheet. I want to be able to fold the papers and have the pages in the right order. This means that on the first sheet I should have pages 1 and 10, and on the other side pages 2 and 9, then 3 and 8, 4 and 7 and so on. How do I get Word to print in that order? Thanks in advance. |

This is not the correct way to set up a booklet. Booklets need to have a
multiple of 4 pages. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...etPrinting.htm -- Suzanne S. Antonio,
If you don't mind spending a small amount of money, there is a great program that will do the page arranging for you. I use it all the time. It is called ClickBooks and is by a company called BlueSquirrel. I think it costs about $50.00 but is worth every penny. http://www.bluesquirrel.com They also have several other useful products. I don't work for them so I am not receiving anything from this endorsement. I just really like their ClickBooks program.
