Default Hovering over image on Web page

I'm working on a web page and using Word 2003. I'm having a problem
understanding the page source. I want to have the name "Amanda" appear when
hovering over the image.
v:imagedata src="test_amanda_files/image001.jpg" o:title="Amanda"/

Does anyone know what tag to put in to accomplish that. I would think the
o:title="Amanda" would equal to what i want, but it doesn't show anything
when you hover over the picture. Usually in other editors you just use the
alt="Amanda" and it works.

I appreciate your help
