Inserting Dates
Hi, I need to insert a date into a letter. I know how to insert today's date and have done so at the top of the page. But in the actual body of the letter, i want to insert the date of two weeks from today. Is there a way to do this? Thanks. |

Yes. Allen Wyatt covers this succinctly in his post "Calculated Dates". See http://word.tips.net/T000810_Calculated_Dates.html . Basically, he uses a macro, shown he Sub FutureDate() Selection.TypeText Text:=Format(Date + 30, "mmmm d, yyyy") End Sub I hope this is what you had in mind.
