boxing quotes
I am trying to box a quote for a research paper. I have to indent the left
side 5 spaces in to the center and indent the right side in 5 spaces to the center. How do I do this? |

You can use the ruler (see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/UsingRulers.htm) or the Format | Paragraph dialog to create left and right indents. Better is to apply the Block Quote style and adjust the indents (by default they're 1"; what you want is 0.5"). -- Suzanne S.
