Hi All,
I'm editing a large Word 2007 docx. with lots of text boxes, symbols, special characters etc. and I've recently discovered that a text box with multiple numbers displays correctly on the screen but when I print a page, it moves the numbers to the wrong places, as well as some of the symbols are moved and in the wrong places on the document, it only does it on certain pages with certain text boxes. If I go to print preview, it will sometimes show that the text boxes are moved and are misaligned, when they're SUPPOSED to be in a certain place but somehow they just get 'moved', why is it doing this?? HELP ME! This is for my business and I'm about at my wits-end! In summary: invisible text boxes with numbers above a line of text is displayed correctly, but when I get a printed page the numbers are somehow 'moved' Any help would be GREATLY appreciated... Thanks, Joe |

I've seen problems in the past where documents use text boxes but have text that's visible in draft view only. It might be worth checking the different views in case this helps. -- Cheers, Steve |

How is the position of the text boxes determined? Relative to page, margin,

I have checked the document in print layout, sometimes it shows that the text boxes have moved to unwanted places (usually a tab or two to the right) but sometimes it doesn't show that either and still prints out in the wrong place... How do I fix it?! Thanks, Joe |
