Not sure which NG would be best for this issue. I have Office 2010 on a
desktop and a laptop. Both computers are running Win7 64 Bit. The laptop is the home edition and the desktop is running the Pro edition. Both are printing directly to the same HP networked printer with duplexing. On the desktop Word gives me the option in the print screen to print duplex automatically. However, the laptop does not. On the laptop I have a manual duplexing option and have to go into the printer properties to set duplexing there. Any ideas why the two do not have the same options when they are both running the same Office and operating system? Do I need to update my operating system to Pro to get this feature? Thanks.
