When I run spell check in Word, I would like to change cpa to CPA. Word recognizes that cpa is incorrect, but it will not offer CPA as an option, even though I have added it to my custom dictionary. It appears that Word only gives suggestions in the case of the original misspelling. Is there any way to get CPA on the suggested list when the misspelled word is cpa?
