Is there any way to move to any marked errors e.g. Spelling, paragraph etc. I have a number of long documents to check. I thought I could write a macro but a google search doesn't seem to find anything.

You have to clarify what you are trying to do. In the Spelling and Grammar
dialog box (F7) there are controls that let you move between spelling errors... -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP wrote in message ...
